After a year away, it is great to be back in Imola for the Emilia Romagna GP 🇮🇹 In our last outing, Max and Checo clinched their first 1-2 finish as team-mates and our first lockout of the top two positions since 2016 🏆🏆 We will aim to be doing the same again this weekend 💪

For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pitcrew searching for the ultimate repeatable pitstop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists, Formula One is a team sport in a very literal sense. From the moment Red Bull Racing first turned a wheel in Formula One, at the start of the 2005 season, it was always clear that if the ultimate goal of championship victories were to be reached it would only be done if the team invested in F1’s most crucial assets – people and experience. Red Bull Racing has come a long way in a short time. Founded with the goal of doing things a bit differently, our nine championship titles are testament to our success in meeting that target. In 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 we claimed the Formula One Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships and added a fifth Drivers' title in 2021. By the start of the 2022 season, the Team has achieved 75 race wins, 206 podiums, 76 fastest laps and 73 pole positions.

Yesterday, we opened the doors to our 𝙉𝙀𝙒 sports facility 🏓⛳️💥 '𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗟 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗' With padel being loved among Formula One drivers and teams across the grid, we installed a full-size court, bringing a piece of track-life on campus! To celebrate the opening, Christian Horner (CEO and Team Principal), Sergio Perez (Red Bull Racing driver), Pierre Wache (Technical Director) and Gianpiero Lambiase (Head of Race Engineering) took on two of Britain’s top Padel players, Louie Harris and Frankie Langan Needless to say, it got competitive… 🤝🏁 The Playground also has a golf sim, virtual darts, foosball, a pool table, table tennis and more. It’s the perfect space to recharge, have fun, and connect with colleagues across the factory And this is how we 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 👇🤩 #Wellbeing #F1
